Shaw McPherson is a sought-after and respected Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200, certified with Yoga Alliance. This certification indicates that Shaw has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga since his certification.

Shaw teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Restorative and Vinyasa Flow. Throughout his professional studies and learning, he has gained vital knowledge from experienced psychologists, addiction specialists and yoga teachers who focus on physical and emotional trauma.

Shaw offers guided meditation, breath work and yoga for trauma to help clients tap into their intuition, make authentic decisions and work toward their goals. Sessions incorporates specific asanas and center on real emotional issues that impact our lives:
